Went there on Saturday and was impressed with the place. Drcor was simple but had a nice atmosphere. And the owner, Ankur introduced himself with a smile and a warm welcome. Sta us to a table and yes its simple decor but NICE, not pretentious. The menu is also simple. I went for a veg option of vegetables etc. Portion size is good, and price is fair as everything is freshly made. The owner has alot of awards put up in the sitting area, and he also explaind the dishes when we were ordering. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend and go again when im in sutton.

Visited this cafe/ bistro after 2 years and they did not disappoint.. Ankur who is the owner and chef has upped the game at this cafe yet again. They have amazing specials . Tried the Wagyu Burger that was the best burger I have had and believe me I have travelled the world and eaten at some of the finest restaurants.. my wife tried the French Onion Soup which was again exceptional.. Overall an amazing gourmet experience. The food quality here is better than some of the highend restaurants in London. No wonder they have won soo many awards over the years..

Pop by for brunch and the seating was almost full with eclectic patron. The owner Ankur was very attentive and almost sold me a holiday home in Bognor Regis the menu was small but comprehensively superb in organic, freshness and well explained. I ordered matcha smoothie and breakfast in a brioche bap and for a momentary of my colourful life, I was swept away in pure bliss as the truffle and crispy bacon and succulent sausage swam in ecstasy in my delicate mouth. To dream of such opulence delightful pleasures, Go and patron this heavenly palace of culinary pleasures. Kind regards Jarvis

Chef Ankur is creating something truly special at this small yet charming café. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and promptly shown to our table. Ankur took great care in walking us through the menu, thoughtfully explaining the dishes and highlighting the subtle French influence woven into his food. The coffee was excellent, and the hot chocolates brought big smiles to the kids. We tried the pancakes, avocado toast, BAP, and the English breakfast. The pancakes and avocado toast were simply outstanding. As we were leaving, Ankur even prepared a takeaway coffee for me — which turned out to be the highlight of the visit, though I can’t recall the name of that particular coffee. A must go place. I wouldn’t be surprised if LA Café earns one of those fancy stars in the near future.

Came here for some lunch on my 25th birthday with my best friend. Ankur really did make our experience here especially as it was our first time here. Food and drinks was very reasonably priced, tasted amazing (especially the tuna sandwich), and it was quick service. He gave some great recommendations on the menu, and even took some pictures of us and edited them into a birthday montage for me . Definitely look forward to coming back. Thank you Ankur and Team!

La Café is a wonderful spot for coffee lovers. The coffee is clearly high quality and beautifully served in elegant Le Creuset mugs, which adds a special touch to the experience. The food is equally impressive – fresh, well-prepared, and made with great attention to detail. Both the quality of the dishes and the way they are presented make this place feel refined yet welcoming. Definitely a café worth visiting again

I had their Spicy chicken sandwich, and my Mrs had Portobello mushroom & Brie cheese sandwiche, along with coffee. All of them were delicious, especially the Speciality coffee that I had, it has Irish cream, Kaluha coffee liquor. Previously I had cakes as takeaway from them, they were also delicious. Seating and ambience is very comforting and cozy. My wife loves this cafe . Owner and staff are very warm and polite. I'll highly recommend anyone who visits Sutton.

Some of the things to capture from my experience- 1. It’s a good location. Right opposite the station and you have ample sunlight on the cafe. That’s what brought me to the place. 2. The color/decor is modern and fresh, it just gets you in that good day mood. Moreover, the place is very tidy and clean, another uplifting element. 3. There is no match for the coffee here. It’s fresh and strong and very reasonably priced. 4. The food is curated with exceptional expertise- the sauce they use, the avocado on toast, the cheese, the cooking temp and consistency in the eggs, and even the sourdough. You just cannot go wrong here. I’ve eaten here twice and honestly couldn’t fault anything. The service- that’s out of this world. A very kind and friendly owner, Ankur whose story is authentic and it was a real treat for me. He’s genuinely a fantastic guy and you can see that in the number of repeat customers. Definitely the highlight of my Sutton experience. Every review you read is authentic and credible. It is simply a rare-find.
